Fortunately we didn't have to file a claim. But it certainly pays to shop around. The coverage provided by this policy was exactly what I wanted at the most affordable price. I will use CSA Travel Protection Custom plan for or next trip.

Thank you for your feedback on the policy. You raise a terrific point that the rental car coverage is good for collision/damage but does not include liability. We will pass on the idea of rental car liability coverage to our product department.Aug 22,2014

I went Ireland and Scotland for 18 days and did not have to use any aspect of my plan. It was nice to know that if for some reason I could not follow through with my plans that a significant amount of my money was refundable.

The plan covered everything we needed. We did not have any mishaps so did not file a claim, but we felt sure it would cover anything that we needed. Will keep this plan in mind for future trips when we don't have group insurance.

Got this insurance for the peace of mind, and that's what I received. Fortunately, I did not need to file any claims or have any issues. I was glad to have the insurance in case something did happen.
