It’s hard to rate satisfaction since we did not file a claim. Trip insurance is very expensive as we are in our 70s. However, compared to other plans this one seemed to have good coverage at the most reasonable cost.

I did not have to file a claim. I think I read that no claims would be paid due to Corona Virius. I hope this is not the case. We had no problem with our flights.

I did not need to use any part of my Generali Global Assistance travel insurance policy. It was a background comfort to know I had this insurance policy and for my group trips abroad. I always buy travel insurance as soon as I have paid the initial tour deposit. One never knows what might happen in the intervening 12-18 months, so best to have brought a comprehensive policy.

I did not have to use plan so I cannot say it probided good or readonable coverage. However, it seemed to be more cost effective than other plans I considered for those coverages I deemed important.
