I had peace of mind knowing that I was covered for medical emergencies while overseas, especially for medical evacuation if it became necessary. Mercifully, I did not need to use the coverage but it gave me confidence knowing it was available to me.

7 out if 12 people in our group got covid and had to extend their stay in Israel. I was one of the lucky ones. I only hope they had insurance to help with the additional fees.

I LOST MY LUGGAGE AND EQUIPMENT THE FIRST DAY. I CALLED THIS COMPANY AND EMAILED THEM AND DIDNT HEAR BACK!!!!!!!!!! 4 DAYS LATER I FINALLY GOT SOMEONE ON THE PHONE WHO WAS RUDE AND NOT HELPFUL. THEY TOLD ME IT WOULD TAKE 3 TO 5 DAYS TO PROCESS A CLAIM AND THEY WOULDN'T COVER EVERYTHING I LOST!!!!!!!!!!@@??????? I WILL NEVER USE THEM OR TRUST YOUR COMPANY TO RECOMMEND TO ANY OF OUR TRAVELERS

As with all insurance, it was extremely expensive. It would have been a gamble for me not to purchase insurance. It is just one of those situations where you pay a lot of money for something you didn't need but did not dare risk not having it. A person on our tour did end up in the hospital so if that had been me, I would have been grateful to have had the insurance.

Premiums for comprehensive policies are based largely on the length of the trip, the ages of the travelers, and the cost of the trip. Unfortunately, as we get older, the premium increases, but as you indicated, you would not want to travel without it!Jun 24,2019

Thankful I didn't have to use the plan on my trip. But several people in my group had issues with no plan to help. I witnessed first hand it is a good plan to have trip insurance.

Although the plan you purchased includes a variety of covered items under which Generali can provide coverage if you experience a loss, there is unfortunately no coverage for the loss of a laptop as they are excluded from coverage as stated In your coverage details.
