Very difficult to file a claim. After finally getting the claim to go through and still haven't heard back after over a week. I can't mange what they would be like if you had a emergency over seas.

I submitted a claim for dental coverage for a dental problem which arose late on my cruise. Although no dentist was available to me, my claim was denied because dental treatment was not obtained during the voyage. In my opinion, the insurer rigidly adhered to the written policy without consideration of the claim circumstances. No compromise was made. I expect that inflexible and uncompromising approach typifies their claims review process so I cannot recommend this travel insurance company.

While the Medical and Dental coverage included in the plan you purchased can typically provide coverage for medical treatments received within one year from the time you become unexpectedly sick or injured during your trip, the plan can only provide coverage for emergency dental treatments that are incurred during your trip.
