This is the second time we have purchased travel insurance from CSA and the first time we had to submit a trip cancellation claim. I can't rave enough about how professionally the whole claim process was handled by the claims representative. It truly was a no hassle process from the ease with which we could download the claim form from the website to the convenience of being able to submit the claim form and the required documentation via fax. We appreciated the professional e-mail and phone communications and the speedy receipt of our 100% refund. We were totally amazed that we had our refund in hand only 20 days after submitting our claim! We couldn't be more satisfied and will highly recommend CSA Travel Protection to our friends and will most certainly use it again.
