Policy price was fair. however, since I did NOT needed to make use of the plan at all I can not comment how the plan would have worked should I have needed to use it. (i.e.) contact Claim Representative, filling out claim forms, getting reimbursed for Airline inconvenience or medical costs, etc. However, just to know that I had a travel insurance policy was still a good feeling just in case.

I didn't have to use the health insurance so I cannot rate it. Approximately twelve years ago I used it on Maderia and was highly impressed with the service and care.

When we travel, I only use CSA. I don't look anywhere else. My children also use CSA. I have suggested that there could be a "frequent user" discount for the buyers. So far, the agents tell me they will pass my idea along but corporate headquarters does not seem interested.

Thanks God, although nothing happened to me, just the thought that I had a travel insurance gave me a peace of mind. I would recommend to anyone that it is worth a while to have travel insurance for the sake of peace of mind and protection in case of emergency.

The airports were hectic (Christmas period); at times we were almost run over by other rushing passengers (good we had your insurance, just in case); one suitcase was lost by the airline and recovered within the hour at Frankfurt airport; the distances to be walked by us elderly were exhausting, giving us cause to fear for our physical and mental state. Traveling is not nice anymore and definitely one needs your Travel Protection. Tks!

CSA provides excellent coverage for a very competitive price. They are very easy to deal with. Half a year ago I had to cancel a whole expensive non-refundable trip because of sudden sickness and did not lose a penny. All I had to do was to file the required papers just to prove my expenses.

This plan is great if you need to obtain good coverage shortly before your trip. Most other coverage requires that you purchase the insurance well in advance of your trip.
