Thank you for your review and feedback. Typically you can and must insure your trip from the time you leave your home to the time you return to your home. If you have multiple destinations all on one trip (not returning home between destinations) you should insure those all on one policy. I felt the cost for the insurance was a bit high - $70 for a 14 day trip. I traveled to three countries in that amount of time, so it was worth it because the amount of plane travel and possibility of luggage lost or delays was high, but if I were only going to one country for 2 weeks, it would not have been worth it to me. Also, the accidental death amount ($10,000 benefit in case of an accidental death or dismemberment) would have been better if it were a little higher. Since the chances of that happening are much lower than the chance of lost luggage or a missed connection due to delay during travel over the holidays, I would have felt better if it had been a higher amount in the same package I purchased.
