On our recent trip to Europe, we had a flight delay which caused us to miss our connecting flight from London to Rome. As a result, we were forced to book a later flight at a much higher cost than our previous booking. Upon our return home, we filed a claim with CSA for trip interruption. We were asked a few questions to clarify the basis for our claim, but after a brief time of less than 2 weeks from the time we submitted our claim, a check for full payment was received in full. I would highly recommend travel insurance with CSA and will most definitely buy insurance through them in the future when the need arises.

I did not need to file a claim for which I am very happy, but at my age (almost 88) it gave me a great sense of security to have the coverage.

Fortunately we did not need to use the insurance but were glad we had it so our trip was less stressful. My wife did get a bad cold and came down with a fever but fortunately it went away the next morning. I thought I might have to use the insurance.

While I had no claims for my recent trip, I used CSA travel insurance for a trip last fall in which I did have a claim. CSA agents were very helpful in pointing out to me that beyond what I thought I could claim, there were items covered which I hadn't realized I could make a claim for, resulting in payments to me I didn't expect. The claim was processed quickly and payment in full was received in a very short time. It's what brought me back to CSA for this trip. Highly recommended!

Thankfully I didn't need to use the plan. I thought it was a bit expensive compared to other plans. I didn't take time to really compare them. Travel insurance is necessary when you never know what come up to change your plans.

The European/Asian Desk Rep was very helpful in getting a doctor for me in Sicily. The claim for medical costs was paid in a timely fashion and appropriately. I will definitely use CSA in the future and will recommend them to friends.
