I did not use the plan but the peace of mind was priceless. I was worried that if our flight was delayed for a covered event we'd miss our cruise. With this policy that would not be a worry!

Excellent price for this coverage. I had booked a trip a few weeks earlier through a travel agent. They charged more than double the price for their travel insurance for a comparable trip. I did not have to make a claim, thankfully. I was in Mexico with my teenage daughter and it was nice to have the 24 hour emergency phone number on hand for peace of mind. Purchasing the coverage was simple. I would definitely use CSA in the future.

Luckily, we didn't need to file a claim. But having the plan gave a Mom peace of mind as her son enjoyed his spring break in Cancun. Also, after he was stuck in Minneapolis for two nights this winter on a leg of his flight, I am more inclined to purchase coverage. It was an expensive layover.
