My wife and I planned a three week trip to China almost a year in advance. Unfortunately she was diagnosed with acute sinusitis and bronchitis just prior to our planned departure, and we had to cancel our trip. I filed a claim for the cost of the trip and our claim was approved by CSA the following day. I am impressed! A very satisfied customer from Pacific Palisades, CA.

I selected this plan because it seemed to offer the most coverage at the lowest price. And isn't that what most of us want in our travel insurance policy? Fortunately, I did not have to use any of its coverage. Although many in our group touring China became ill with respiratory diseases -- infected sinus, acute bronchitis, pneumonia, etc., we were able to continue and finish the trip.

A lady on our tour got very ill. required going to the hospital. i told her and her husband about your coverage. I told MANY people about the plan and the cost. I am sure you will be getting more business. i felt safe and covered even though i did not need it. i will be purchasing it again.

Your representative was very helpful in our decision making process and we are glad we had this plan even though we did not use it. The only objection I have is the several emails we got that did not pertain to our situation, e.g. hurricane insurance for the gulf area when we were going to China! I would appreciate not getting ads for more coverage that I did not need.
