Even though I did not need to use my policy, I am very glad that I purchased it. My return flight came within minutes of missing my connection back home so it made my travel experience less stressful knowing I had security and peace of mind had I needed to stay another day. I plan on using your company every time I fly, which I expect to be very often in the months to come. Thank you for offering a reasonably priced service that can make already hectic/stressful traveling a lot more comfortable.

I bought cancel for any reason coverage. I actually wanted to cancel the trip, but when I found out what a hassle it would be to file a claim, I just went anyway. The travel agent seemed to know what was required to file a claim and did not try to provide it.

My flight was canceled due to snow in Denver so we had to rent a car. I was reimbursed for the entire rental car cost plus the cost of the gas to refill the tank (of course I had to provide the receipts). Other than filling out the forms and providing the documentation, there were no other hassles. I received a refund check about 6 weeks later.
