It took three months from the time we filed our claim to receiving our checks. At one point, more information was requested, and we also had to sign a form indicating that we would not use the value of the tickets that was included as part of our trip cost. All this took quite a bit of time to assemble and supply the information requested. The result was that we received the full amount of our claim: 0ver $8,000 plus interest.
We would have liked the process to move more quickly, but the end result was positive. This was a covid-related claim.

Was very satisfied with our dealings with Tokio Marine. Coverage was for a very short time and no incidents so nothing further to report.

Good Morning
I guess I will not recommend it because I did not use it. I did not travel, and I called to cancel the policy, and I was told I cannot get a refund since I called after the day of my travel.
Signing up to get the policy was easy, and I probably will use it again at future trips.
