Needed medical care while in Hamilton Bermuda. Spoke with a pleasant, patient, well informed representative who quickly directed me to the Hamilton Medical Center where I received immediate, professional care for my condition. You only know how good insurance is, is if you have to file a claim. Since I didn't have to file one (thankfully) any review I provide would be meaningless - all I did was spend money on a product/service I didn't need while hoping that I read and understood the policy well enough that if I had needed it, I would have been happy and it would have gotten a good review.

Overall the insurance premium was slightly lower than through other providers. It is not possible to say whether it’s the best available insurance as we didn’t make a claim. It is the second year we have insured with HTH, it should offer a no claims bonus for future premiums if you don’t make a claim. You can only tell how good a provider is when you make a claim.

The plan coverage appears to be very good. Since I have no experience filing a claim, I cannot rate the process of using this product. I would purchase this product again for similar travel in the future.

We filed a claim on 11/2/17, claim was paid in full on 12/5/17. We received clear instructions via email as soon as we notified the carrier. The only issue, which was pointed out to the carrier: the look back period per the policy was 60 days, the claim for stated the look back period was 90 days. This descrepancy did not affect our claim.

www.insuremytrip.com is an awesome way to purchase your MUST NEEDED travel insurance. I LOVE the fact that there is a "cafeteria" choice......check off the coverage(s) YOU want, and get multiple policies to choose from. In addition, some policies give you additional options to increase value in various areas, to meet YOUR needs. Don't leave home without insurance when traveling abroad!!! You can't afford NOT to be covered in the event of an unplanned accident or illness.
