The team was very responsive when I needed to change addresses. However, I became ill and had to cancel. I sent in the paperwork, and they asked for additional paperwork which had already been submitted. I have sent in 2 emails describing where the info is located in the paperwork I sent in.

I did NOT have to use the policy but it made me feel much better to have it with such a long and expensive trip. One person in our lodge got bitten by a caymen and had to be evacuated out of the rain forest. He really regretted not having insurance to handle the health care costs and to cover the cost of his 40 day missed trip. The policy was reasonably priced and gave good coverage.

Plan seem to cover all our important issues, but it is hard to rate coverage until you have a problem that needs solving. Nice to know if there was a problem; we would have some help.
