It was so easy to do because I was able to speak with a representative and they emailed me two or three plans to check out. I prefer booking it through a person instead of online, so I called back with my decision and was finished within several minutes.

I purchased trip insurance from InsureMyTrip for a recent trip. While traveling I needed medical attention. I called InsureAssist. and spoke with a very friendly representative. She emailed me a claim form immediately and said I would hear from them in about 10 to 12 days. On the 7th day I received a check for the full amount of my claim. Based on this experience, I would highly recommend them.

The only snag for me was that I was never emailed my confirm and had to call to get it. Otherwise no complaints

Thank you for your review. Unfortunately, although rare, email confirmations are sometimes blocked by the email provider as they are mistaken for spam. It is always prudent, as you did, to call customer service should you not receive your confirmation within 24 hours.Aug 19,2013
