My main concern with getting a plan was the medical evacuation options. I did not think about the possibility of terrorism. I did not need to use the insurance so I cannot comment on claim processing. Next time I will consider cancelling for any reason as one of the options to purchase.

I appreciated the help in when initially deciding which plan to select. The email reminder to bring the policy with us on our trip was very helpful 'just in case'. Still glad I didn't need to us it, but it was nice to know we had it if needed.

It took a bit to collect all the necessary items before submitting a claim for the journey we had to cancel due to medical reasons. But the insurer came through pretty promptly and paid the entire amount claimed.
