The only thing you could improve upon would be a better/more detailed description of what the rental car coverage is. I purchased it and was fine with it until I went to pick up my car. It is my fault and I probably panicked, but the rental car agency rep "scared" me in to spending an extra $200.00 so I would not be liable for costs that I knew I was already covered for. I do not know what you could put in writing to help with this, but a more detailed description will help. I never buy the insurance in the US.

I purchased trip insurance from InsureMyTrip for a recent trip. While traveling I needed medical attention. I called InsureAssist. and spoke with a very friendly representative. She emailed me a claim form immediately and said I would hear from them in about 10 to 12 days. On the 7th day I received a check for the full amount of my claim. Based on this experience, I would highly recommend them.

This plan was about half the price of the plan recommended by the travel company planning my two week group trip. It was a large group of 40, with quite a bit of coach travel. As an older female traversing curbs, cobbled streets and London traffic, I felt much safer being adequately insured. Thanks for making the choice so clear and easy! No claim was made.
