Since I was fortunate enough not to need the coverage, I have no way of knowing if the InsureAssist TravCan Premier would have paid what the policy stated it would pay and if payment would have been paid in a timely manner. However, customer service was prompt with my purchase.

I was unable to find a review written by someone who actually filed a claim for this policy, so I read everything I could and made a choice. Having the policy gave both me and my husband (who didn't travel with me) a little extra peace of mind, but we were among the many who didn't have to use it. Was the coverage good? I'm not sure, since I didn't have to file a claim. Was the cost reasonable? I don't know, but for me the comfort of having it was worth the price.

Thankfully, we didn't have any claims, so we can't really comment on how the plan would have responded. Money was well spent, however, for peace of mind. This applies to most all insurance policies. You pay for the policy and hope you never have to make a claim.
