Have used your website for previous trips and find it to be a great way to compare plans and pick the best plan for our needs at a very reasonable cost. Our one experience with a claim (weather cancellation) several yrs ago was very positive.

Thought the coverage was proper for what we needed and also competitively priced. I shopped it hard since it was a first time use of such a plan. The website offered good support and information as well the phone team clarified everything readily. The Customer representatives were extremely informative and helpful. We will use this company again for future travel when insurance is required.

I believe the plan was fair as far as cost is concerned, but since I didn't file a claim, it is difficult to rate the actual coverage.

I can't evaluate your plan since it wasn't used. The only test of how good a company is would be the response to a claim. In our case, no claim was made so basically we bought peace of mind at a fairly high price.

It's difficult to write a review for something you have not used, but I'm certainly not complaining :) Purchasing this policy gave us peace of mind while traveling and I would most likely purchase it again for our next trip.

I suppose one never knows how good trip insurance is until you actually use it. We did not need to use our insurance, and are very thankful for that. We found that this insurance was easy to purchase, it seemed to cover all the important points of our travel, and we would probably purchase the same plan again for our next travel adventure.

Since there were no incidents that triggered use of the plan, I cannot comment on its effectiveness. However, I purchased this plan based on recommendations by experienced travelers, but found that even after contacting InsureMyTrip I still did not understand what was actually covered.
