If you are concerned about any pre-existing medical conditions that might affect your travel, this plan will waive the pre-existing conditions exclusion if purchased within 21 days of the initial trip payment and if the full cost of the trip is insured.

The people I spoke with were very kind during a most stressful time! They were always calm and answered questions I'd forgotten they'd already answered. We had so much to deal with regarding health issues and had never used travel insurance before. It was heart breaking to cancel this trip, but essential. When we do again make plans to take the trip we'd hoped for, we will certainly trust InsureAssist to make sure we are covered. Thank you very much.

We didn't have to use the InsureAssist TravCan Premier plan so that was good. We took a plan with good coverage but, until you have to use it, we can't describe how effective this plan would have been. We just hope that we chose the right one just in case.

It took a bit to collect all the necessary items before submitting a claim for the journey we had to cancel due to medical reasons. But the insurer came through pretty promptly and paid the entire amount claimed.

Although is was a while ago, I remember how patient and courteous the agent was in helping me choose the coverage I needed and nothing more. Using InsureMyTrip enabled me to compare several policies, their advice was invaluable, and the premium much more reasonable than that offered by the cruise line.
