The TravCan Premier plan is the higher-end comprehensive trip cost protection plan from InsureAssist as it offers greater coverage limits and more options than the TravCan plan. If you are concerned about any pre-existing medical conditions that might affect your travel, this plan will waive the pre-existing conditions exclusion if purchased within 21 days of the initial trip payment and if the full cost of the trip is insured.

We have used this site for every international trip that we've planned for the past 10 years. Love it! So easy to use and confidence that we have good coverage. Recommend it to our traveling buddies and one actually had a very sad and unexpected event that pressed the insurance into duty.

I broke a tooth while having a lovely German meal and had to have it fixed by a German dentist. When I filed a claim I was denied.

My wife broke a bone in her hand as we arrived in Germany. Upon return home we filed a claim and it was handled quickly and without any long delays which are so common with insurance companies today.. We will use your company again.

Your website and services are excellent. My wife and I now travel out of the US twice a year and always use your site to purchase trip insurance. I informed a friend of mine about your services and he has now purchased trip insurance from it for his next trip. He regrets not knowing about your site sooner.

Thank God we didn't have to use this policy and we were able to travel, but it was nice to have just in case. I recommend this for people with parents who have some health concerns.

It took about 6-8 weeks to get our claim handled. First we were told they did not receive it then they did find it after we submitted it a second time. We did get great satisfaction after we spoke with the manager. We received our money shortly after.

We believe the plan gave us piece of mind, that if anything went wrong, we'd be covered. Like all insurance, you hope you don't need it (and we didn't). Also, you don't know if the plan is any good until you need it. For our next trip, we'll consider the same plan, and again hope we don't need it.
