Hard to review since we, fortunately, did not have to use the insurance! Can’t tell if it provided the coverage that we needed or if we were satisfied, since we didn’t need to file any claims.

This was one of the worst customer service experiences ever. I had to call multiple times via phone to find out the status of my claim for a simple travel delay because the website claim tracking was not working. This was several months after submitting the claim. Each time, after a long wait on hold, I spoke with someone who was unable to tell me anything. I finally received an email explaining that they were unable to find my claim information. I emailed a copy of the USPS receipt showing all of the delivery information and resubmitted all of my paperwork. Weeks went by again. An email to customer service threatening to report them to the CA Insurance Commission produced an apologetic email that also said that they process claims within 10 business days! Approximately 5 months after submitting the claim, I finally received a payment. Do not use this company.

My trip passed without incident. However it was reassuring to know I had travel insurance cover in case anything untoward would happen.

My flight was cancelled, I had to book at another airline at a premium price. Insurance is denying claim and does not want to recognize terms of the insurance, tries to juggle with wording only not to pay the warrantied reimbursement.
No live person is available to discuss a claims. Paperwork processing takes too long and no resolution offered. Paperwork and responses via email are too convoluted and no direct answers can be received.
DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!!!

I did not file a claim with this plan and so cannot provide an accurate rating. I can say this - For what it covered, it seemed about 20% more expensive than it should have been.
