I like knowing I am Insured when traveling. We took a Cruise to the W.Caribbean so the Insurance plan gives me piece of mind in case some unforseen incident happens I know we're covered. TY Insuremytrip.

You really don't know how great an insurance is until you need to file a claim. I had no need to file a claim. However, it certainly gave us peace of mind, knowing if anything did occur we were completely covered. That makes the trip more enjoyable and worry free.

This review is long overdue. I bought the policy with "cancel for any reason". I had cancel due to a death in the family. I submitted all documentation to support my claim. Got refunded without any questions.

Despite the fact that the country “required “ proof of medical insurance, we were never asked to show evidence of coverage. I felt like I threw money away but if I had needed to file a claim, you were there.

We got caught in the airline pilot "sick out" the last weekend of October, which caused us to miss our international flight from Miami to Quito Ecuador and miss the 1st day of a trip to the Amazon Rainforest. On November 19, the morning after we flew home, I filed my claim. I had to keep emailing for a progress report and was finally told it would take 57 days to process. I emailed on Day 57, January 19th; I was finally assigned an adjuster who asked me to re-submit all documents. I did that same day and was told it could take 6 wks to process. Today, February 28th, I finally got a check for my claim, $1030.

My flight was cancelled and no flights were available for this and the following days. I didn't get any refund from airline for the cancelation because it was connected flight. We rented a car and drove 16 hours to get home next day. I filed the claim and got a full refund for car rental and other expenses on the way back. Claim was paid within 2 months. I would use this insurance again.

Good plan and reasonable pricing. I was disappointed by the fact that they do not cover baggage delay to your primary residence. Our bag was delayed more than 24 hours but this wasn't eligible for claim as per the representative.

    In regards to Baggage Delay coverages, it is common for travel insurance companies to state that there is coverage if your checked baggage is delayed or misdirected by a Common Carrier for at least the number of hours shown on the certificate, except for return travel to your primary residence.
