My wife and I were on a week-long birding trip. She had her left wrist in a cast, and we were a little concerned if something happened, a fall, for instance, she would need to get specialized care. The only coverage we needed was emergency evacuation, and MEDEX coverage fit the bill for us, and gave us a bit of peace of mind. Thankfully, we didn't need to use the service, but it was good to have, nonetheless.

I live overseas and I maintain a year-round plan that covers foreign travel. My commercial trip to Republic of Congo unexpectedly required exceptional evacuation coverage ($100,000). I had no idea how to meet that requirement on short notice and was pleased to find your programs could accommodate this. The premium seemed reasonable but I did not do comparison shopping. Dealing with you online was exceptionally easy and straightforward.

Very reasonable fee for peace of mind when we traveled to China. I am recommending medical evacuation insurance to all my friends and family who are over 50. Even though we are healthy and I am a nurse, some things you can't fix by yourself.

I never received the policy in the US Mail even though I requested that. I did print out the policy from email.
Every thing else was fine. Good price. I purchased evacuation insurance only. Fortunately I didn't need it.

I appreciated the online process and speedy comparison of different plans -- it was easy to select the plan that I needed most to fit my needs. I also appreciated the quick response when I needed customer support because of a mistake I made with dates when I bought insurance. Thank you -- I will definitely be a return customer on future trips.
