The following is a statement issues by the claims administrator:
“Thank you for writing a review and making us aware of your negative experience with your claim. I understand you are dissatisfied with the time it took for your claim to be paid and our communication during the claims process. You are correct, you filed a very well documented claim, and Trip Mate did not process your claim quickly. Our goal is to process your claim within 10 business days once all documentation is received, and we failed to achieve this goal with your claim. Being responsive and communicating clearly is a priority for our customer service team, and we fell short of this, as well. We agree that it is unacceptable to promise a call back and not fulfill that commitment. Please accept my sincere apologies for the frustration associated with your claim.
