Insurance for these big trips is so important that I can not imagine not having it. The M.H. Ross Advantage Bridge plan is very comprehensive and the cost is very competitive. Fortunately, I have never had to use it. However, there is peace of mind knowing I am covered if something happens.

I was pleased that I didn't have to purchase the trip cancellation policy as that increases the price of the insurance by $300. or more. Your agents should make customers aware of this because otherwise, I wouldn't have purchased any insurance. The coverage of lost baggage and health insurance while traveling is most important to me.

Typically, comprehensive policies are used to insure the cost of one's trip. Many policies, such as the MH Ross Advantage Bridge plan, may be purchased without insuring a trip cost. If a trip cost is provided in the quote form, then trip cancellation will be included in the comprehensive policies. Your trip cost will determine your trip cancellation and trip interruption limits as well as your comprehensive policy premium. In the future, you can state that you are not looking for trip cancellation coverage and enter a zero in the trip cost section.Feb 26,2016

Covered the important things like emergency medical evacuation. And most of coverages on the plan are primary which means that you don't have to collect from someone else first.

Our tour operator required us to purchase a plan with $100K medical coverage. Having M.H. Ross as the primary payer was a welcome feature. Fortunately our trip was uneventful health-wise. We would use M.H. Ross again.

Having insurance is like having a doctor or lawyer. You need it but don't want to use it. Fortunately, we had no problems and didn't use it, so were quite happy.
