Had to make a trip delay claim. It took about 3 weeks to receive payment, but that isn’t excessive. The Nationwide website could be improved, but the process was fairly easy.

The best thing about purchasing travel insurance is knowing that I am covered financially in case something happens. The peace of mind of knowing that you will receive help in the event of an incident is reassuring.

I had to cancel our trip due to a serious medical condition. It took probably two months for the claim to be processed and paid out. It was a lengthy process but they did pay out the full amount, so I think it was fair.
