Thank you for providing a solution that worked well as a "top up" for me. I had realized last minute that the policy I bought with my flight and hotel package online had only $15,000 medical repatriation coverage which I felt could be low for Europe.

What I needed was a simple card to state overall coverage AND important telephone numbers. Too many pieces of paper with hard-to-find critical contact info in case services needed.

One of our travel group became seriously ill and had to use the OnCall services which made us a great believer of travel insurance. We don't leave home without it and hope that we never need it, but it is comforting to know we are covered.

Fortunately, we did not have to use On Call International's coverage, but we did try to contact them while in Ecuador. For some reason, we had trouble calling collect to On Call, but after we brought this to their attention by email, they were more than happy to call us at our hotel telephone. Overall, we were glad for the piece of mind that this policy/membership gave us while we were abroad.
