My only problem with all travel insurance coverage is not related to the items above. It is the age related increase in cost for me and my wife who are in better health than most travelers half our age.

We choice the coverage for the non pre-existing clause that our cruise line insurance has. The price was right and worth it you just never know if you may need the coverage.

I filed a claim 2 days after my return. I attempted to prove my expense by submitting the cruise line disembarkation bill. After wait a week, I called RoamRight and they demanded a credit card statement. However, the bottom of the cruise line bill stated it was being paid by my credit card. They said that was not proof. Anyone who has ever been on a cruise knows you don't get off without a credit card covering your expenses. So I had to wait for my credit card billing info before processing.
