Easy purchase of a plan with the "cancel for any reason" benefit we wanted. Cost was a little more than typical but within reason. Fortunately, we did not have to utilize the plan.

Thank God I didn’t have to use it but it was nice to know I had it. The only thing that could make it better is having it in effect until you leave. If your boss said the day before, you can’t go, then it would not cover you.

Had to cancel my travel plans because of the illness of my wife. The lady whose home we rent from was nice enough to refund our rent money. I called to cancel my insurance and was told that it could not be refunded.To me this is not good customer service and I will seek another company next year.

It is hard to rate a plan when you never have to use it. Your company has many options for us to choose from. It is up to us to select what we think is best. We have no idea how difficult it would be to collect if we had a problem.

We did not need to file a claim as the trip went as-planned, so I can’t speak to the claims process, but having the plan in place gave us peace of mind leading up to and during the trip.

Our flight got cancelled and we were rebooked on another airline. However the new airline charged us for the baggage fee! We submitted receipts for the fee and the meals we had to purchase during our long delay. RoamRight reimbursed all of it within 30 days. Thank you!
