Fortunately, there was no need for a claim but I carried the policy with me and it was a comfort. Primary purpose of purchase was for medical evacuation if necessary and policy covered that sufficiently. The other benefits were adequate but not the real focus of our purchase.

I'm glad that I didn't need to file a claim. So I don't know if everything I thought was covered was actually covered or if there would have been a hassle getting reimbursed.
