I cannot provide a review of how useful the plan would have been because, luckily, we did not have to file a claim. But I can say that having the insurance was comforting and a good hedge against having medical difficulties, expenses abroad. And, the cost of the policy was very reasonable.

No hassel with claim. Received a call acknowledging my claim had been received and would be contacted if further documents were required. Received written notice that my claim had been approved and check would be forthcoming. In about a week I received full payment of my claim. Claim was submitted because of my wife's surgery and was unable to travel. Would use this company again.
