Asking someone to evaluate an insurance plan from which no claim was made seems a bit pointless and presumptuous. I can only evaluate perceived value, scope of coverage, and customer service when initiating the policy; the first & second were fair and the third was very good.

I contacted them once for assistance with making an appointment for urgent care in Africa and was exceedingly disappointed with the level of customer service and assistance I received. There are many plans out there that offer help when traveling, this is not one of them.

I was looking for coverage for paragliding. Hang gliding wa covered but paragliding wasn't ? That doesn't make sense.

The Seven Corners Liaison International plan excludes coverage for a number of extreme sports/hazardous activities such as hang gliding and paragliding, but offers a Hazardous Sports Rider which enables coverage for some of the originally excluded activities. Even with Hazardous Sports Rider, the Seven Corners Liaison International plan still excludes paragliding.

I thankfully did not have to use it. I would hope that it was more than just a little wallet card and did provide the coverage. I mean if I did have an incident and it did do what it stated I am sure it would be great.

We got the plan as an option in the event we had to return home during our trip for an elderly parent. We were happy we did not have to use the plan, but we felt secure that we had the option to do so if it became necessary. Good peace of mind, and reasonable compared to other plans. Thank you!
