Thank you for your feedback on the policy. It is possible that our representative provided you with a quote for a comprehensive policy, rather than a travel medical policy. Comprehensive policies are more expensive because they offer trip cancellation and travel delay benefits, which travel medical plans do not. Our representatives are trained to ask customers if they have purchased from InsureMyTrip in the past. However, when customers inform us that they have used us before, it helps our representatives make the proper recommendation.
