Regretfully we had to cancel out trip to Paris based on the recent terrorist event. I spoke with 2 different representatives and got 2 different answers regarding my eligibility for reimbursement. We filed a claim and we were compensated 100% for the cost of our trip. We were promptly notified when they received our mailed documentation. Our claim was processed within 2 weeks of filing our claim.

We had a potential medical claim which never materialized. I contacted a representative who initially gave me misinformed information concerning coverage. It was a most disconcerting experience. Cost of coverage was an issue.

I didn't have to use it.....the best type of insurance policy!
Who knows how the protection element would have worked if an emergency occurred. In the past I did have small claim (trip delay) and it was handled well.

After purchasing the policy, Seven Corners provided me with better policy documentation, in the mail, than I have experienced with other carriers. That alone impressed me enough to use them again.

Some of our friends were delayed in returning home due to Hurricane Sandy. I don't know if our insurance would have covered the added expense of those delays, but I will certainly check on that before I buy trip insurance the next time.

Searched for several plans prior to purchasing this one. The price was the best I could find with excellent coverage. My trip destination changed about 3 months prior to the scheduled start. Customer service at InsureMyTrip was great and they made the necessary changes quickly and without incident. Overall customer service was outstanding and I will definitely purchase my travel insurance from seven Corners again.

Good morning Ms. Gunning,
I’m sorry that you’re upset but I listened to the phone call that you referenced in your post and while I did hear the representative give you incorrect information, I also heard him apologize and advise as to the correct benefits immediately afterwards. The representative was also very accommodating in advising of locations of medical facilities that were at your disposal.
