Thankfully, we did not have to file a claim, so don't know how that process would have been. Everything seemed to be covered though.

Fortunately, I didn't have to use the plan during my trip, however, I would recommend using AIG as a travel plan because it met my needs whereas other plans that I looked into did not.

I needed coverage and supposedly it was provided, but thankfully I did not have to put the policy to the test. That is the best case scenario. However, I would not have loyalty to AIG since I actually do not know what their service is like if I had to file a claim. The bottom line is that the price was high.

I did not have a claim, so difficult to judge the policy.
on paper, it looks good.....
But, as we know with insurance companies, the test is when you have a claim....
