Website instructions and ancillary telephone support were available when, for the first time, I needed to file a claim. The best news: AIG Travel Guard will chase any other coverage I might have and receive whatever compensation is available. I received full payment for all that I had requested! Travel Guard took responsibility for translating my documents. The whole process of making a claim turned out to be much simpler than I had feared. I bought the coverage I thought would be most important for me and the contract was honored when I needed it! Thank you.

It's a very comprehensive plan at a great value. We had to have an entire trip refunded, and there were no problems with the process. Unfortunately, my agent was audited, and the process took longer than I would've liked to receive my refund check. Perhaps some communication during the time that he was audited would have been helpful. All in all, the check was received within a month of filing the claim.

We did not use this plan because we had no issues, but it was well worth the $93 for peace of mind. Medicare does not pay out of the US, so it was a must to have. One of our group (38 year old) had to be hospitalized for an infection for 2 days- so u never know when something will happen!

Thank goodness we did not need to use this. It's a confit to know that we have this policy if needed. We just had a friend died in Panama and did not have insurance. His wife had problems with no help.
This was our 8th year at the Marival. Reggie and Carlos, as usual, helped to make this trip a success. Want to say we have fantastic service by David and Laura servers in Omagio and Antonio at the Mara Beach Restaurant.

Although I didn't have to use the travel insurance during my trip, I still feel that it was an important investment in the event that something did happen. I feel like this plan offered sufficient coverage for all aspects of my travel.
