Although payment was eventually made under the plan, it was very difficult to get information on the status of the claim. This, of course, could be because of the Coronavirus situation, but attempts to call by phone were of no avail. I was on hold for over an hour snd had to finally give up. Emails were also not answered. It was only after I contacted InsureMyTrip and told them of my problem that I received payment.

Too many times something happens that interrupts or has you cancel your trip. I’ve had to use trip insurance twice over the past 20 years. Those refunds have paid for all my insurance buys (about 12). Not willing to take a trip without it.

I’ve been using your company for our many cruises for two years. I’ve never had a claim and hope I never do! I’ve recommended your company to many. It would be nice to be rewarded with some sort of discounts for purchasing multiple policies!
