We’ve had this plan for out last 4 trips! Unfortunately two trips ago we had to file a claim. The service we received with that claim we will always get this plan.

With the recent COVID-19 epidemic, I called to see if my policy would cover me if I became ill while traveling with this virus. I was on hold for over an hour and the phone system requested my name and said they would call me back. That was several days ago and I have not received a call to answer my question. I understand that these are extraordinary times, but this is a fail and makes me question the trustworthiness of this company.

Ok stuff. A little expensive but better than others. Issue will be when I try to collect. In the past, all kinds of objections and paperwork was thrown at me.

Fortunately I didn't have to make any claims, so I can't speak to the claims process. The policy seemed to provide reasonable coverage and was pretty easy to purchase. It was a bit pricey, mostly, I think, because my husband and I are older.

Thank you for your review. The premiums are based on the age of the travelers, the length of the trip and the cost of the trip. Unfortunately, as travelers get older, it does cause the insurance premiums to increase.Jan 08,2020

I really hate insurance because when you buy it your betting that something is going to happen. Then when it doesn't you've paid for something you didn't need.
