We really liked the value for the coverage. I needed to make a medical claim -- six different documents were required; not all of them obvious or easily accessible.
Customer service was pleasant and responsive to my questions and once I filed all the paperwork, the claim was processed promptly.

This plan perfectly meet all of my needs and covered my biggest concern (aeromedical evacuation) very thoroughly. Thankfully, I did not need to file a claim but the peace of mind that it helped provide, made the policy worth every penny.

We don't have any major medical issues but decided to purchase insurance just in case. We didn't need to use the insurance on the trip but it was a relief knowing it was there if we needed it. Will use again in the future since the price was good.

I cancelled my trip prior to departure and any final cruise payments due to serious illness. The process to transfer this medical coverage was complicated and therefore we lost the $ .

Our cruise was delayed by one day due to a hurricane. We filed a claim and we’re quickly reimbursed for an extra night in a hotel and food for that day. They also had an app and quick phone customer service.

I compared several plans and went with the one I thought was best for us. Thankfully, I didn’t have to file a claim. Our final flight home was delayed over three hours and I thought about inquiring if that was covered but decided that, since we had such a wonderful trip: perfect weather, accommodations, friends by our sides, I just let it go. Will definitely look at their plans in the future.
