My husband had the misfortune to become very ill while we were traveling on a trans-Atlantic cruise. After a very thourough visit to the Ships Doctor, he was diagnosed with bronchitis. He required lung X-rays, blood work, antibiotics, and breathing treatments. When we returned to the States, we called about how to submit a claim. It couldn’t have been easier. They emailed us the claim forms and we mailed them back along with the doctors detailed diagnosis and treatments given, and the itemized credit card receipt. We received a full refund within 10 days. We were both amazed and thrilled with the service we received!

One only knows how good chosen trip insurance is when one has a claim to be settled. Fortunately, I have no claim, and hope that continues to be the case. I also selected a Travel Insured product for my May-June Elbe River trip and had no need to file a claim. Let's keep it that way on future trips.
