Only one claim analyst and it was so hard to get a hold of her. She kept saying it almost done but I had to call almost every other week to ask for status after waiting for 2 months. It took 3 months to get the check

Because my health insurance doesn't cover events outside the US, my main concern was having unexpected medical issues covered. I looked at many policies and chose this one as the best in coverage and cost. I will purchase this policy whenever I travel internationally.

I feel you need to be more clear on the fact that the plan is supplemental to any other existing insurance. I wasted valuable time submitting the original claim to you only to be told that I had to submit first to my primary health plan. This resulted in me having to pay a large amount of interest on my credit card waiting for payment.
