It was so easy to apply for this insurance and the representative was very helpful and sorted out what we needed. I had a lot of questions about which policy to go with, and they explained everything to me. The price was around half what we would have paid to the travel agent for great piece of mind. I have used Travelex in the past and found that the claim process was cumbersome and designed to discourage claims. I only used this again because it was the best option. I will try not to use Travelex in the future.
