I had to unexpectedly file a claim last year when my trip was canceled because my friend was diagnosed with cancer. The company processed the claim promptly with no questions asked. It is very straightforward to process the claim.

We chose this plan because we have elderly parents and were concerned that we may be called back home should they become ill.
