I did not have to worry about losing the money I paid for the trip if I became ill and could not go.
A person on this tour had to be taken to emergency. He did not have insurance, therefore he had to pay a large sum to be treated. I fell on a cobblestone street, but was the only thing injured was my pride, but it could have been me.
On our return three people did not find their baggage. If this had happened to me and it could not be located, I would have been compensated.

unfortunately, I had to cancel my trip to Germany because of my husband's medical issues. The process of receiving a refund was straightforward and reasonable as far as the documentation was concerned. The ticket was refunded in an expedient manner. I was extremely pleased how this whole situation was handled. As a matter of fact, I already had sent an E-mail to the claims' department to thank them for the excellent service I received.

Fortunately, I didn't encounter any obstacles before or during my trip and did not have to file a claim. Therefore,I can't really comment on the plan's responsiveness to problems, but I'm very happy that I didn't need to find out!

We take out insurance coverage because of our ages--76 and 82. That's why it is no longer a value but we feel a necessity. I have had several claims on previous vacations and had no difficulties being reimbursed that's why I am confident with the insurance I buy through this site.

My positive evaluations to the list of standard questions regarding satisfaction are simply based on the fact that I had no reason to file a claim. I did not encounter any problems with airlines, hotels, or health. This was the third time purchasing insurance for 'peace of mind'. It worked!

Even though I think I did everything you recommended, e.g. read the policy, note the restrictions and filing deadlines and particulars, I am not confident that I would know how to satisfy all the requirements if I had to file a claim.
