You should all know the story by now -- I had to cancel for work reasons and you would not cover my airfare costs. You denied my claim and denied my request for partial reimbursement. I would never use you again.

My husband Bob passed away on January 2nd and I cancelled the whole trip on my own. I didn't contact you because of the reply on the first trip I had to cancel in January, that you couldn't help me. Thank you for you product again we didn't travel because of his passing way to soon.

The policy we selected seemed to cover the items about which we were most concerned, so we were able to go on a six-week trip with some peace of mind. At 10% of the cost of the trip, I felt this coverage was very expensive, so I sincerely hope there would not have been difficulties if we had needed to file a claim. I will say that InsureMyTrip is an asset!

I thought the plan was a little expensive and only bought it for peace of mind. I fortunately did not have to use the insurance so cannot comment on anything other than the price paid for the insurance.

The TravelSafe Classic policy automatically includes the Cancel For Work Reasons rider which provides Trip Cancellation and Trip Interruption coverage in the event your approved time off is revoked from your employer.
"You, Your Traveling Companion or a Family Member traveling with You is required to work during Your Trip. A written statement by an unrelated company official and/or the human resources department demonstrating revocation of previously approved time off will be required. You, Your Traveling Companion or Family Member cannot be a company owner or partner;"
