This review really had no weight. I did not use the plan. It seemed to cover me, but I have NO idea if filing a claim would have been easy or difficult or even successful.
I will say that your people were very helpful and I am inclined to use you again.
And BTW, the reviews for this insurance plan are uneven to say the least.

Essential
Travel insurance with medical evacuation is essential when out-of-country. My only complaint with this plan is the plan’s recommendation that travelers carry a hard copy of the plan. Who wants to carry document with over 40 pages? It would be awesome if companies could provide a 2-3 page essentials document for actual travel.

Since I did not file a claim, it is hard to know the value of such insurance. I have used travel insurance before and in many cases when filing a claim, I rate the insurer based on the ease of filing the claim. In this case, I did not have to do so, and with that said, it makes it difficult to rate this program. Overall, much of these plans are often too costly, but I accepted this plan due to my international travels.
