We had a cruise planned however unfortunately needed to cancel due to visa issues. Travel insured agents promptly responded and put my mind at ease. I had online access and they settled our claims in 2 week period. I will surely use them for all future trips/

AIG Travel Travel Guard Gold
Good service, good coverage. I wanted the plan especially for emergency return in case of injury or illness. As it turned out I had a close call on a possible leg injury, but luckily didn't need the emergency return. I had to alter the policy just before leaving due to a date error I had made. Travel Guard was very helpful, amending the policy without a problem.
