Didn't have to use the insurance, but it was great knowing that the would be there to help if we missed a connection or lost a bag. The plan document we got was very thorough, but easy to read and understand. Will definitely use them in the future.

Fortunately, there was no need for a claim but I carried the policy with me and it was a comfort. Primary purpose of purchase was for medical evacuation if necessary and policy covered that sufficiently. The other benefits were adequate but not the real focus of our purchase.

I really can't say how good plan is without having to use it. This policy was considerably cheaper than plan offered by travel group and easy to buy after I did research and contacted InsureMyTrip. They saved me a lot of time and money.

Since I didn't need to file a claim using this insurance, I can only comment that it fulfilled my desires for ease of getting the coverage I wanted. I didn't want an extreme package with all the bells and whistles, just the trip insurance and some medical.
