GoReady Insurance Choice Family Plan
It's not that I wouldn't recommend you I might. It was just too expensive. I will probably only recommend this product and consider it for myself and my family solely based on the countries I'm traveling to. Other than that I won't purchase a policy again the risk versus price just doesn't seem like a necessary expense.

In general, Comprehensive travel insurance policies will cost anywhere from 4%-10% of your total prepaid, nonrefundable trip cost. Travel insurance providers use a few pieces of information to calculate the cost of a policy: cost of the trip, age of the travelers, number of travelers, length of travel, benefit limits and scope of coverage.

This plan was considerably less expensive than the one offered by the tour company and, as it turns out, it covered what needed to be covered. I did file a claim because of a cancelled flight. The information needed for the claim was easily accessible and the claim was settled for the full amount in 4 weeks.

Insuremytrip was very helpful when I mistakenly purchased a duplicate policy. They promptly refunded my money. Although we didn't need to use the insurance, it provided peace of mind.
